This large 1960s four bedroom home was completely gutted, redesigned and rebuilt from the inside out.
It now has an additional kitchen, butlers pantry, large laundry and lift.
The new layout also provided a large open plan dining and living area, which flows seamlessly onto the new deck and outdoor area. This now allows the owners to make the most of the spectacular views of the port and sea.

This new new home has been built on a subdivided section, at the rear of an existing home on South Road.
Although the section was small, this home has been well designed and makes the most of a second story above a "dug-out" internal access garage.

Although the section was small, this home was well designed to make the most of the private section, allowing for a large deck, concreted area and vegetable garden
